    This paper thoroughly examines the theoretical and practical dimensions of outsourcing and offshoring strategies employed by global companies, with a specific focus on large enterprises. Investigating the theoretical foundations and practical mechanisms, the study explores the origin, nature, and widespread application of these strategies. It discerns the global imperatives compelling leading corporations, such as the Bosch Group, to formulate and implement outsourcing and offshoring strategies. Additionally, the research distinguishes between outsourcing, shared services, and global business services strategies. The assessment encompasses economic efficiency and strategic advantages associated with these strategies, highlighting their pivotal role in crafting resilient business models. It delves into the future of Global Business Services (GBS) structures, exploring their evolving role in the dynamic landscape of global business operations. This includes an analysis of emerging trends and considerations that will shape the strategic direction and impact of GBS structures in the years to come. The thesis utilizes Bosch Global Business Services as an exemplary case, offering insights into the practical application of outsourcing and offshoring strategies within a renowned global company. У цьому документі детально розглядаються теоретичні та практичні аспекти стратегій аутсорсингу та офшорингу, які використовують глобальні компанії, з особливим акцентом на великих підприємствах. Досліджуючи теоретичні основи та практичні механізми, дослідження досліджує походження, природу та широке застосування цих стратегій. Він визначає глобальні імперативи, які спонукають провідні корпорації, такі як Bosch Group, розробляти та впроваджувати стратегії аутсорсингу та офшорингу. Крім того, дослідження розрізняє аутсорсинг, спільні послуги та стратегії глобальних бізнес-послуг. Оцінка охоплює економічну ефективність і стратегічні переваги, пов’язані з цими стратегіями, підкреслюючи їх ключову роль у створенні стійких бізнес-моделей. Він заглиблюється в майбутнє структур Global Business Services (GBS), досліджуючи їх роль, що розвивається, у динамічному ландшафті глобальних бізнес-операцій. Це включає аналіз нових тенденцій і міркувань, які формуватимуть стратегічний напрямок і вплив структур GBS у наступні роки. У роботі використовується Bosch Global Business Services як приклад, що пропонує розуміння практичного застосування стратегій аутсорсингу та офшорингу у відомій міжнародній компанії.
