    Модель соціальної політики ЄС та її глобальні перспективи

    У роботі аналізується сутність та потенційні можливості моделі соціальної політики ЄС та шляхи для подальшого вдосконалення цієї моделі з метою забезпечення сталого розвитку як в Європі, так і в світі. Робота розглядає етапи становлення та розвитку соціальної політики ЄС, визначаючи її ключові принципи, інструменти та особливості. Розглянуто вплив глобалізації, а також внутрішніх та зовнішніх викликів на соціальну політику ЄС та її роль у світовому контексті та визначено, що модель соціальної політики ЄС, в умовах сучасних викликів, таких як демографічні зміни, економічна нестабільність та кризи, міграція та інші, потребує адаптації. The work analyzes the essence and potential possibilities of the EU social policy model and ways to further improve this model in order to ensure sustainable development both in Europe and in the world. The work examines the stages of formation and development of EU social policy, defining its key principles, tools and features. The impact of globalization, as well as internal and external challenges on the social policy of the EU and its role in the world context is considered, and it is determined that the model of the social policy of the EU, in the conditions of modern challenges, such as demographic changes, economic instability and crises, migration and others, needs adaptation.
