    Інвестиційна привабливість підприємства

    Дипломна робота присвячена поглибленню теоретико-методичних засад інвестиційної привабливості підприємства та розкриттю практичних аспектів її оцінки на прикладі вітчизняної компанії з подальшою розробкою рекомендацій щодо її поліпшення. Визначено поняття інвестиційної привабливості і чинники, що на неї впливають, охарактеризовано оцінку фінансового стану підприємства як складової інвестиційної привабливості та розкрито методичні підходи до визначення інвестиційної привабливості компанії. Досліджено сучасну практика оцінки інвестиційної привабливості компанії на прикладі Kernel Holding S.A. Розглянуто сучасні тренди в оцінці інвестиційної привабливості компаній у світі та їх імплементацію в Україні. The thesis is devoted to the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise and the disclosure of practical aspects of its assessment on the example of a domestic company with further development of recommendations for its improvement. The concept of investment attractiveness and the factors affecting it are defined, the assessment of the company's financial condition as a component of investment attractiveness is characterized, and methodical approaches to determining the company's investment attractiveness are revealed. The modern practice of assessing the company's investment attractiveness was studied using the example of Kernel Holding S.A. Current trends in assessing the investment attractiveness of companies in the world and their implementation in Ukraine are considered.
