    Ринок злиття та поглинання в міжнародних економічних відносинах

    Робота спрямована на визначення сутності процесу злиття та поглинання, дослідження сучасного стану ринку M&A з подальшою оцінкою проблем і перспектив укладання цих угод в Україні та світі. У роботі автор дослідив вплив угод злиття та поглинання на конкурентоспроможність компаній, вплив на економіку країн, а також визначено роль у міжнародних економічних відносинах. Результати роботи показали, що на ринок злиття та поглинання сьогодні впливають зовнішні чинники, однак компанії продовжують укладати успішні та вартісні угоди, що активно впливає на взаємодію між країнами. Автор також звертає увагу на прогалини в регулюванні злиттів та поглинань в Україні та визначає технології та комунікації, фармацевтику, кіноіндустрію , військово-промисловий комплекс, як найбільш перспективні галузі для даних угод в Україні. The work is aimed at determining the essence of the merger and acquisition process, researching the current state of the M&A market with a further assessment of the problems and prospects of concluding these agreements in Ukraine and the world. In the work, the author investigated the impact of merger and acquisition agreements on the competitiveness of companies, the impact on the economy of countries, and also determined their role in international economic relations. The results of the work showed that the market of mergers and acquisitions today is influenced by external factors, but companies continue to conclude successful and valuable deals, which actively affects the interaction between countries. The author also draws attention to the gaps in the regulation of mergers and acquisitions in Ukraine and identifies technologies and communications, pharmaceuticals, the film industry, the military-industrial complex as the most promising industries for these deals in Ukraine.
