    Формування мотиваційної політики медичного закладу (на прикладі ТОВ «ISIDA-IVF»)

    Дипломна робота складається з 3 розділів. У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні засади мотиваційної політики організації. З’ясовано сутність мотивації та роль для забезпечення ефективної діяльності організації. Другий розділ присвячено аналізу мотиваційної політики ТОВ «ISIDA-IVF», оцінці її сильних сторін та недоліків. У третьому розділі сформульовано альтернативні проєкти реалізації заходів з удосконалення формування мотиваційної політики в ТОВ «ISIDA-IVF». Робота містить заходи з імплементації принципів соціальної відповідальності в мотиваційну політику ТОВ «ISIDA-IVF». The thesis consists of 3 parts. The first part includes the theoretical foundations of the motivational policy of the organization. The essence of motivation and its role in ensuring the effective operation of the organization has been examined. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the motivational policy of LLC «ISIDA-IVF», and the assessment of its strengths and weaknesses. The alternative projects for the implementation of measures to improve the developing motivational policy in LLC «ISIDA-IVF» have been formulated in the third part. The thesis contains measures to implement the principles of social responsibility in the motivational policy of LLC «ISIDA-IVF».
