    Управління конкурентоспроможністю страхової компанії (на прикладі ПрАТ «УАСК АСКА-ЖИТТЯ»)

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці нарощування клієнтського сервісу шляхом збільшення частки на ринку страхування та шляхом збільшення агентських мереж в містах України. Складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, використаної літератури і додатків. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми та сформульовані шляхи покращення. У розділі 1 розкрито суть конкурентоспроможності компанії та її показники. Наведені сучасні системи управління конкурентоспроможності компаній. А також досліджено зарубіжний досвід управління конкурентоспроможністю компанією у страховому бізнесі. У розділі 2 наведена загальна характеристика страхової компанії ПрАТ «УАСК АСКА-ЖИТТЯ». Охарактеризовані основні ланки управління конкурентоспроможністю компанії ПрАТ «УАСК АСКА-ЖИТТЯ». Сформовані альтернативні варіанти нарощування конкурентоспроможності компанії ПрАТ «УАСК АСКА-ЖИТТЯ». У розділі 3 проведено порівняльну оцінку ефективності відкриття агентських мереж компанії в м. Київ та м. Львів. Наведена оцінка ризиків реалізації альтернативних варіантів розвитку компанії. Також проведений аналіз соціальної відповідальності страхової компанії ПрАТ «УАСК АСКА-ЖИТТЯ» в умовах повномасштабної агресії російської федерації в Україні. The qualification work is devoted to the development of increasing customer service by increasing the share in the insurance market and by increasing agency networks in the cities of Ukraine. It consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, used literature and appendices. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, formulates tasks and ways of improvement. Chapter 1 reveals the essence of the company’s competitiveness and its indicators. Presented are modern management systems of companies’ competitiveness. The foreign experience of managing the company’s competitiveness in the insurance business was also studied. In section 2, the general characteristics of the insurance company «Ukrainian Joint Stock Insurance Company Aska-Life» are given. The main links of management of the competitiveness of the company «Ukrainian Joint Stock Insurance Company Aska-Life» are characterized. Alternative options for increasing the competitiveness of «Ukrainian Joint Stock Insurance Company Aska-Life» have been formed. In chapter 3, a comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the opening of the company’s agency networks in Kyiv and Lviv was carried out. An assessment of the risks of implementing alternative options for the company’s development is given. An analysis of the social responsibility of the insurance company «Ukrainian Joint Stock Insurance Company Aska-Life» in the conditions of full-scale aggression of the russian federation in Ukraine was also carried out.
