    Розвиток недержавних фондів пенсійного страхування

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ системи недержавного пенсійного забезпечення. В роботі досліджено Сутність пенсійного страхування та його роль у суспільному розвиткові. Виокремлено місце недержавних фондів у системі сучасного пенсійного страхування. Здійснено оцінку основних параметрів пенсійного страхування в Україні на сучасному етапі. Визначено ключові тренди розвитку фондів недержавного пенсійного страхування в Україні та проблеми його розвитку. Виокремлено зарубіжний досвід функціонування недержавних фондів пенсійного страхування. Обґрунтувано концептуальні підходи до реалізації пенсійної реформи в Україні. The qualification thesis is dedicated to the study of the theoretical foundations of the non-state pension provision system. The research examines the essence of pension insurance and its role in social development. The study highlights the place of non-state pension funds within the modern pension insurance system. An assessment of the key parameters of pension insurance in Ukraine at the present stage has been conducted. The research identifies major trends in the development of non-state pension funds in Ukraine, as well as the challenges facing their growth. Additionally, the thesis explores international experience in the functioning of non-state pension funds. Conceptual approaches to the implementation of pension reform in Ukraine have been substantiated.
