    Innovative development of corporations (on the example of the Amazon company)

    The work is devoted to the study of innovative development of organizations. The relevance of the topic of this work lies in the fact that in today's realities, the development of the corporation depends on the degree of introduction of innovative technologies in its activities. Innovation is defined as a process, factors of its occurrence and influence on the success of the corporation. Methods and principles of achieving innovative development of the corporation are revealed. The possibilities of applying the obtained results in the implementation of the innovation policy at the enterprise and in making appropriate decisions in the implementation of the management of innovative activities have been analyzed. The studied works are devoted to the topic of innovative development of both domestic and foreign scientists. Робота присвячена інноваційного розвитку організацій. Актуальність теми даної роботи полягає в тому, що в сучасних реаліях розвиток корпорації залежить від ступеня впровадження в її діяльність інноваційних технологій. Визначено інновації як процесу, факторів її виникнення та впливу на успіх корпорації. Розкрито методи і принципи досягнення інноваційного розвитку корпорації. Проаналізовано можливості застосування отриманих результатів при реалізації інноваційної політики на підприємстві та прийнятті відповідних рішень при здійсненні управління інноваційною діяльністю. Вивчено праці присвячені темі інноваційного розвитку як вітчизняних, так і зарубіжних вчених.
