    Державні механізми оптимізації іпотечного ринку в Україні

    У роботі розкрито сутнісні характеристики та структуру іпотечного ринку, механізми державного регулювання іпотечного ринку та правові засади його формування в Україні. Здійснено аналіз показників розвитку іпотечного ринку в Україні та механізмів його державного стимулювання. На основі аналізу світового досвіду та вітчизняної практики обґрунтовано напрями державної підтримки розвитку іпотечного ринку в умовах війни та післявоєнної відбудови. Акцентовано увагу на цифровізації іпотечного ринку як одного із інструментів його оптимізації. The work reveals the essential characteristics and structure of the mortgage market, the mechanisms of public regulation of the mortgage market and the legal basis of its formation in Ukraine. An analysis of indicators of the development of the mortgage market in Ukraine and the mechanisms of its public stimulation was carried out. Based on the analysis of world experience and domestic practice, the directions of public support for the development of the mortgage market in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction are substantiated. Attention is focused on digitalization of the mortgage market as one of the tools for its optimization.
