The article examines the social processes that accompany the formation of a global labor market: free movement of skilled labor, the concentration of human capital and information flows in the developed world centers, convergence and fusion of cultures, moving administrative and management functions from the national to the regional level. The paper rises the problem of maintaining social, national and ethnic identity under conditions of multicultural environment.
