    Митний пост-аудит як інструмент забезпечення економічної безпеки України

    Стрімкі євроінтеграційні процеси збільшують кількість зовнішньоекономічних операцій, що в свою чергу призводить до необхідності посилення контролю за ними. Митний пост-аудит є важливою формою проведення митного контролю, яка ґрунтується на використанні системи управління ризиками, та забезпечує економічну безпеку держави. Для більш ефективного проведення митного пост-аудиту необхідно на законодавчому рівні визначити поняття митного пост-аудиту та права й обов’язки уповноважених осіб, які здійснюють перевірку. Також для покращення проведення митного пост-аудиту потрібно застосовувати практику країн які входять до Європейського союзу. Митний пост-аудит є досить новою формою митного контролю. Rapid European integration processes increase the number of foreign economic operations, which in turn leads to the need to strengthen control over them. Customs post-audit is an important form of customs control, which is based on the use of a risk management system and ensures the economic security of the state. For a more effective customs post-audit, it is necessary to define the concept of customs post-audit and the rights and obligations of the authorized persons who carry out the inspection at the legislative level. Also, in order to improve the customs post-audit, it is necessary to apply the practice of the countries that are part of the European Union. Customs post-audit is a fairly new form of customs control.
