    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена стратегічному фінансовому плануванню. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи розвитку системи стратегічного фінансового планування на підприємстві. Проаналізовано роль та визначено основні методи і інструменти стратегічного фінансового планування на підприємстві. Здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства в контексті стратегічного фінансового планування. Проведено оцінку процесу стратегічного планування на підприємстві. Визначено головні проблеми існуючої системи стратегічного фінансового планування та запропоновано основні напрями її удосконалення на основі системи збалансованих показників. The thesis is dedicated to strategic financial planning. The work examines the theoretical foundations of developing a strategic financial planning system at the enterprise. The role of strategic financial planning is analyzed, and the main methods and tools of strategic financial planning at the enterprise are defined. An analysis of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise is conducted in the context of strategic financial planning. The process of strategic planning at the enterprise is evaluated. The main issues of the existing strategic financial planning system are identified, and key areas for its improvement are proposed based on the balanced scorecard system.
