    Стратегія цифровізації компанії Асіно-Україна в умовах глобальних ризиків

    В роботі досліджено основні тенденції впровадження цифрових технологій в фармацевтичній галузі в сіті і в Україні, проаналізовано поточний стан фармацевтичного ринку України, діяльність компанії ТОВ «Асіно-Україна». Розроблено рекомендації до діджиталізації виробничих процесів компанії, для зниження ризиків для персоналу та підвищення конкурентоспроможності за рахунок зменшення операційних витрат. This research paper examines the key trends in implementing digital technologies in the pharmaceutical industry, both globally and in Ukraine, with a specific focus on the case of Asino-Ukraine company. The current state of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market is analyzed, alongside the company's operations. The study provides recommendations for the digitalization of Asino-Ukraine's production processes to mitigate risks to personnel and enhance competitiveness through operational cost reduction. The findings contribute to the understanding of digital transformation strategies in the pharmaceutical sector and offer practical insights for companies seeking to embrace digital technologies.
