    Особливості організації обліку та аудиту розрахунків з оплати праці на підприємстві

    У кваліфікаційнії магістерській роботі було обгрунтовано економічну сутність, форми та системи оплати праці; опрацюване нормативно-правове забезпечення обліку та аудиту розрахунків з оплати праці; розглянутий вплив особливостей діяльності підприємства на формування розрахунків з оплати праці; викладено порядок документального оформлення операцій щодо розрахунків з оплати праці; описано організацію синтетичного та аналітичного обліку розрахунків з оплати праці та її відображення у фінансовій звітності; розкрито сучасні шляхи удосконалення обліку оплати праці на ТОВ «ПЕ-КО»; визначення мети, завдання та інформаційного забезпечення аудиту розрахунків з оплати праці на ТОВ «ПЕ-КО»; розкрито методичні підходи та організацію аудиторської перевірки розрахунків з оплати праці; узагальнено результати аудиту розрахунків з оплати праці на ТОВ «ПЕ-КО» та підготовка звіту незалежного аудитора; розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення методики аудиту розрахунків з оплати праці на ТОВ «ПЕ-КО». In the qualification for the master’s thesis, the economic essence, forms and systems of labor remuneration were substantiated; elaborated regulatory and legal provision of accounting and audit of payroll calculations; considered the impact of the features of the company’s activity on the formation of salary calculations; the procedure for documenting operations regarding labor payment calculations is outlined; the organization of synthetic and analytical accounting of payroll calculations and its reflection in financial reporting is described; modern ways of improving payroll accounting at «PE-KO» LLC were revealed; determination of the purpose, task and information support of the audit of payroll calculations at «PE-KO» LLC; methodical approaches and the organization of audits of payroll calculations are revealed; summarized the results of the audit of payroll calculations at «PE-KO» LLC and the preparation of an independent auditor’s report; recommendations have been developed for improving the methodology of auditing payroll calculations at PE-KO LLC.
