    Бюджетне фінансування охорони здоров’я та його вдосконалення

    Об'єктом дослідження є бюджетне фінансування охорони здоров’я. Метою роботи є вивчення теоретичних і методичних засад бюджетного фінансування охорони здоров’я та розробка теоретичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо його удосконалення. Автором на основі аналізу ринку медичних послуг в Україні в сучасних умовах, дослідження впливу пандемії COVID-19 та військових дій на бюджетне фінансування охорони здоров’я, вивчення сучасних аспектів регулювання та фінансування сфери охорони здоров'я визначено проблеми фінансового забезпечення діяльності закладів охорони здоров'я в Україні та запропоновані напрямки розвитку сфери охорони здоров'я в Україні. The object of research is budgetary financing of health care. The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical and applied principles of budgetary financing of healthcare and to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for its improvement. Based on the analysis of the medical services market in Ukraine in the current conditions, the study of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and military operations on budgetary financing of healthcare, and the study of modern aspects of regulation and financing of the healthcare sector, the author identifies the problems of financial support for the activities of healthcare institutions in Ukraine and proposes directions for the development of the healthcare sector in Ukraine.
