У кваліфікаційній магістерській роботі досліджено теоретичні засади державної політики цифрового розвитку, проаналізовано законодавче підґрунтя реалізації державної політики цифрового розвитку України; виокремлено сучасні тенденції застосування інноваційних інструментів у реалізації державної політики цифрового розвитку України; охарактеризовано трансформаційні зміни державної політики цифрового розвитку у зарубіжних країнах; сформульовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення інноваційного інструментарію реалізації державної політики цифрового розвитку України. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for the improvement of innovative tools for the implementation of the state policy of digital development of Ukraine. The qualifying master's thesis examined the theoretical foundations of the state policy of digital development, analyzed the legislative basis for the implementation of the state policy of digital development of Ukraine; modern trends in the use of innovative tools in the implementation of the state policy of digital development of Ukraine are highlighted; transformative changes in the state policy of digital development in foreign countries are characterized; proposals for improving the innovative toolkit for the implementation of the state policy of digital development of Ukraine were formulated.
