    Удосконалення управління командами бізнес-організації в умовах цифровізації

    Дипломна робота присвячена управлінню командами в умовах цифровізації бізнесу. Враховуючи стрімкий розвиток технологій та цифрових процесів, досліджено вплив цифровізації на функціонування компаній і взаємодію між працівниками. Актуальність теми обумовлена необхідністю розробки нових методів управління командами, що сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності компаній у цифрову епоху. Досліджено організаційно-економічну характеристику компанії "Mott MacDonald Group" та практику управління персоналом. Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення системи управління командами в компанії за допомогою цифрових технологій. Робота має практичне значення для розвитку управлінської практики в компанії "Mott MacDonald Group" та інших бізнес-організацій, що працюють у подібній сфері. The thesis is dedicated to team management in the context of business digitalization. Considering the rapid development of technologies and digital processes, the impact of digitalization on the functioning of companies and interaction between employees has been studied. The relevance of the topic is dictated by the need to develop new methods of team management, which will contribute to the increase in the effectiveness of companies in the digital age. The organizational and economic characteristics of the "Mott MacDonald Group" company and the practice of personnel management have been studied. Measures to improve the team management system in the company using digital technologies have been proposed. The work has practical significance for the development of management practices in the "Mott MacDonald Group" and other business organizations working in a similar field.
