    Удосконалення організаційної структури бізнес-організації

    У роботі автор визначив сутність та види організаційної структури підприємства та розглянув методологічні підходи до удосконалення організаційної структури бізнес-організації. Провів діагностику ефективності організаційної структури та склав пропозиції щодо удосконалення організаційної структури ТОВ «НОВАТОН УКРАЇНА». Також проведено оцінювання очікуваної ефективності впровадження розроблених пропозицій. In the work, the author defined the essence and types of organizational structure of the enterprise and considered methodological approaches to improving the organizational structure of a business organization. Conducted a diagnosis of the effectiveness of the organizational structure and made proposals for improving the organizational structure of «NOVATON UKRAINE» LLC. An assessment of the expected effectiveness of the implementation of the developed proposals was also carried out.
