    Дані тези досліджують роль стратегічного управління в формуванні та виконанні інвестиційно-логістичної стратегії в умовах війни в Україні. Основна увага приділяється вивченню впливу стратегічного управління на розвиток імплементації інвестиційно-логістичної стратегії в умовах війни. У результаті проведеного дослідження сформульовані рекомендації щодо оптимізації інвестиційно-логістичної стратегії в умовах війни в Україні з метою забезпечення максимізації інвестиційного ефекту. These theses examine the role of strategic management in the formation and implementation of the investment and logistics strategy in the conditions of the war in Ukraine. The main attention is paid to the study of the influence of strategic management on the development of the implementation of the investment and logistics strategy in the conditions of war. As a result of the conducted research, recommendations were formulated regarding the optimization of the investment and logistics strategy in the conditions of the war in Ukraine in order to ensure the maximization of the investment effect.
