    Розроблення проєкту реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів організації

    Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота на тему «Розроблення проєкту реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів організації» присвячена аналізу та оптимізації бізнес-процесів ДП «Медичні закупівлі України». Метою дослідження є обґрунтування теоретичних і прикладних аспектів реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів організації. Об’єктом дослідження є відносини, які виникають у процесі функціонування та розвитку бізнес-організації. Предметом дослідження є процеси розроблення та імплементації проєкту реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів організації. У дослідженні використовувалися методи аналізу, синтезу, порівняння, моделювання та експертного оцінювання. У роботі визначено поняття та сутність бізнес-процесів організації, досліджено складові процесу реінжинірингу, проаналізовано систему показників ефективності, а також розроблено та обґрунтовано проєкт реінжинірингу бізнеспроцесів ДП «Медичні закупівлі України». Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає в можливості їх використання для покращення та оптимізації бізнес-процесів організації. The qualification bachelor’s thesis on the topic «Development of the project of reengineering business processes of the organization» is devoted to the analysis and optimization of business processes of the SE «Medical Procurement of Ukraine». The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and applied aspects of the reengineering of the organization’s business processes. The object of research is the relations that arise in the process of functioning and development of a business organization. The subject of the study is the process of development and implementation of the reengineering project of the organization’s business processes. The research used methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, modeling and expert evaluation. The work defines the concept and essence of the organization’s business processes, examines the components of the reengineering process, analyzes the system of performance indicators, and also develops and substantiates the business process reengineering project of SE «Medical Procurement of Ukraine». The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using them to improve and optimize the organization’s business processes.
