    Modern Development Business Strategies (on the basis of «OTP Bank»)

    The master's thesis defines the theoretical content, role and features of modern strategic development of an international company. An overview of the components of the strategy definition in the financial services market was carried out and the order of organizational and information support for the implementation of the company's strategy was determined. Based on the analysis of the financial and economic condition of «OTP Bank», a diagnosis of the sources of competitive advantages was carried out. Potential directions of harmonization of the strategic development of «OTP Bank» and the banking sector of Ukraine were proposed. В магістерській роботі визначено теоретичний зміст, роль і особливості сучасних стратегій розвитку міжнародної компанії. Здійснено огляд складових процесу формування стратегії на ринку фінансових послуг та визначено порядок організаційно-інформаційного забезпечення реалізації стратегії компанії. Спираючись на аналізі фінансово-господарського стану «OTП Банк» здійснено діагностику джерел конкурентних переваг «OTП Банк» та запропоновано можливі напрями гармонізації стратегії розвитку «OTП Банк» та банківського сектору України.
