    ТНК в сучасному міжнародному бізнесі на прикладі компанії Samsung

    У роботі подано теоретичний аналіз та практичні основи розвитку транснаціональних корпорацій. Автор пояснює особливості функціонування транснаціональних корпорацій та окреслює ключові перспективи їх діяльності в сучасному міжнародному середовищі. Зроблено спроби проаналізувати тенденції, складові та принципи функціонування транснаціональних корпорацій у глобальному середовищі. Практична частина магістерської кваліфікаційної роботи стосується динаміки діяльності ТНК у сучасному просторі, а також ключових принципів їх інтеграції у вітчизняний сектор економіки України. Розділ рекомендацій присвячений якості діяльності Samsung на українському ринку, а також особливостям її роботи в умовах соціально-економічної нестабільності. На основі проведеного дослідження отримано результати, що визначають особливості кон’юнктури глобального середовища діяльності транснаціональних корпорацій. The work provides a theoretical analysis and practical basis for the development of transnational corporations. The author explains the peculiarities of the functioning of transnational corporations and outlines the key perspectives of their activities in the modern international environment. Attempts have been made to analyze the trends, components and principles of functioning of transnational corporations in the global environment. The practical part of the master's qualification work concerns the dynamics of TNC activity in the modern space, as well as the key principles of their integration into the domestic Ukrainian economic sector. The recommendation section is devoted to the quality of Samsung's activity on the Ukrainian market, as well as the peculiarities of its operation in conditions of socio-economic instability. On the basis of the conducted research, results were obtained that determine the peculiarities of the conjuncture of the global environment of activities of transnational corporations.
