    Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних і практичних аспектів управління фінансами страхової організації. Узагальнено теоретико-методичні основи управління фінансами страхових компаній. Проаналізовано формування та ефективність використання фінансових ресурсів стархової компанії за даними АТ страхової компанії «Країна». Розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення формування і підвищення ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів страхової компанії «Країна», обґрунтовані шляхи оптимізації джерел фінансування страхової компанії. The qualification bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of financial management of an insurance organisation. The theoretical and methodological foundations of financial management of insurance companies are summarised. The formation and efficiency of the use of financial resources of an insurance company according to the data of JSC Insurance Company «Krayina». Recommendations for improving the formation and increasing the efficiency of use of financial resources of the insurance company «Krayina» have been developed, ways to optimise the sources of financing of the insurance company have been substantiated.
