    Дипломна робота присвячена вивченню процесу адаптації нових працівників в організації. Основна мета дослідження полягає у визначенні ефективних методів та інструментів, які сприяють успішній інтеграції нових співробітників в робоче середовище. У роботі розглядаються різні аспекти адаптаційного процесу, включаючи онбординг, менторство, навчання та розвиток, а також вплив організаційної культури на процес адаптації. Аналізуються сучасні підходи та практики, що використовуються в українських та міжнародних компаніях. За результатами дослідження розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення адаптаційних програм з метою підвищення ефективності та мотивації нових працівників. This thesis is dedicated to the study of the adaptation process of new employees in an organization. The main goal of the research is to identify effective methods and tools that contribute to the successful integration of new employees into the work environment. The paper examines various aspects of the adaptation process, including onboarding, mentoring, training and development, as well as the impact of organizational culture on the adaptation process. Modern approaches and practices used in Ukrainian and international companies are analyzed. Based on the results of the research, recommendations are developed to improve adaptation programs in order to enhance the effectiveness and motivation of new employees.
