Розглянуто інструменти контролінгу та особливості їх використання, методологічні підходи та організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства. Здійснено оцінку ефективності, сформовано напрями удосконалення механізмів в управлінні дебіторською заборгованістю підприємства. The paper examines the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of managing receivables at the enterprise using the example of «Nova Poshta» LLC. The essence and classification of receivables were studied. Controlling tools and features of their use, methodological approaches and organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are considered. An assessment of efficiency was carried out, directions for improvement of mechanisms in the management of the company's receivables were formed.
