    Глобальні тренди розвитку цифрових екосистем сервісних організацій

    Статтю присвячено аналізу трансформації сервісних організацій у контексті розвитку цифрових екосистем та обґрунтуванню впливу глобальних трендів на їх архітектуру і роль у сучасній цифровій економіці. Метою роботи є систематизація ключових тенденцій розвитку цифрових екосистем сервісних організацій і визначення механізмів їх впливу на формування платформних моделей і трансформацію сервісних компаній. Методологічну основу становлять теоретичне узагальнення, систематизація наукових підходів і порівняльний аналіз міжнародних практик. У результаті систематизовано глобальні тренди розвитку цифрових екосистем, такі як платформізація, гіперавтоматизація, економіка на вимогу, XaaS моделі та омніканальність, а також доведено їхню інтегровану дію як цілісної логіки трансформації сервісних організацій. Показано, що сукупний вплив цих трендів формує платформну архітектуру, активує «маховик даних», стимулює розвиток комплементарних сервісів і сприяє переходу до моделі супердодатка. Порівняльний аналіз міжнародних екосистем підтвердив універсальність таких закономірностей. Практична частина засвідчує, що українські компанії адаптують глобальні підходи відповідно до локальних умов. На прикладі цифрової екосистеми ТОВ «УКЛОН УКРАЇНА» показано реалізацію платформної моделі, використання даних як стратегічного ресурсу та поступовий розвиток у напрямі супердодатка. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для подальшого вивчення механізмів управління цифровими екосистемами, удосконалення стратегій розвитку сервісних компаній і підвищення ефективності бізнес моделей. Обмеження пов’язані з динамічністю цифрового середовища та необхідністю подальшого емпіричного уточнення моделей. Соціальна значущість дослідження проявляється у впливі цифрових екосистем на якість сервісів, розвиток цифрової інфраструктури та трансформацію ринку праці. Оригінальність роботи полягає у комплексному поєднанні теоретичного аналізу та практичного підтвердження закономірностей розвитку цифрових екосистем сервісних організацій. The article is devoted to analyzing the transformation of service organizations in the context of the development of digital ecosystems and substantiating the impact of global trends on their architecture and role in the modern digital economy. The aim of the work is to systematize the key trends in the development of digital ecosystems of service organizations and to identify the mechanisms of their influence on the formation of platform models and the transformation of service companies. The methodological basis consists of theoretical generalization, systematization of scientific approaches, and comparative analysis of international practices. As a result, global trends in the development of digital ecosystems, such as platformization, hyper-automation, on-demand economy, XaaS models, and omnichannel approaches, have been systematized, and their integrated action as a coherent logic of the transformation of service organizations has been demonstrated. It has been shown that the combined impact of these trends shapes a platform architecture, activates the «data flywheel», stimulates the development of complementary services, and contributes to the transition to a super-app model. A comparative analysis of international ecosystems confirmed the universality of such patterns. The practical part demonstrates that Ukrainian companies adapt global approaches according to local conditions. Using the example of the digital ecosystem of LLC «UKLON UKRAINE», the implementation of the platform model, the use of data as a strategic resource, and the gradual development towards a super-app are shown. The research results can be used for further study of digital ecosystem management mechanisms, improvement of service companies’ development strategies, and enhancement of business model efficiency. Limitations are related to the dynamism of the digital environment and the need for further empirical refinement of the models. The social significance of the study is manifested in the impact of digital ecosystems on the quality of services, the development of digital infrastructure, and the transformation of the labor market. The originality of the work lies in the comprehensive combination of theoretical analysis and practical confirmation of the patterns of development of digital ecosystems in service organizations.

    У роботі наведено узагальнення ролі екосистем бізнесу в умовах воєнного та в повоєнний час. Проведено ретроспективний аналіз розвитку поняття “екосистема бізнесу . Наведено розуміння поняття “екосистема бізнесу у широкому та вузькому розумінні. Наведені приклади успішних іноземних та українських екосистем бізнесу. The paper summarizes the role of business ecosystems in wartime and postwar conditions. A retrospective analysis of the development of the concept of "business ecosystem" is carried out. An understanding of the concept of "business ecosystem" in the broad and narrow sense is provided. Examples of successful foreign and Ukrainian business ecosystems are given.
