    Об'єкт дослідження — розвиток венчурного бізнесу в Європі. Предмет — чинники, тренди та механізми венчурного інвестування в країнах ЄС. Мета — узагальнити чинники, тренди, механізми розвитку венчурного інвестування та вплив регулятивної системи на венчурний бізнес. Завдання: розкрити сутність і принципи організації венчурного бізнесу; ідентифікувати етапи його розвитку у світовій економіці; охарактеризувати методики оцінки ефективності; проаналізувати структуру, динаміку та галузеву спрямованість венчурних інвестицій в ЄС; дослідити вплив регуляцій; оцінити проблеми й виклики ринку; обґрунтувати моделі стимулювання венчурного підприємництва та інструменти залучення капіталу в інноваційні стартапи. The object of research is the development of venture business in Europe. The subject is the factors, trends, and mechanisms of venture investment in EU countries. The goal is to summarize the factors, trends, mechanisms of venture investment development, and the impact of the regulatory system on venture business. Tasks: to reveal the essence and principles of venture business organization; to identify the stages of its development in the global economy; to characterize methods of evaluating effectiveness; to analyze the structure, dynamics, and sectoral orientation of venture investments in the EU; to study the impact of regulations; to assess market problems and challenges; to justify models for stimulating venture entrepreneurship and instruments for attracting capital to innovative startups.
