    Економічна емансипація жінок в ЄС

    Робота присвячена вивченню теоретичних засад і практичних аспектів економічної емансипації жінок в ЄС. У роботі визначено сутність та складові економічної емансипації жінок, розглянуто її еволюцію та систематизовано методичні підходи до економічної емансипації жінок. Проаналізовано динаміку показників економічної емансипації жінок в ЄС, здійснено порівняльний аналіз за країнами ЄС, оцінено ефективність стимулюючих інструментів економічної емансипації жінок в ЄС. Визначено тенденції розвитку економічної емансипації жінок в Україні та встановлено ключові напрями взаємодії України з ЄС у царині економічної емансипації жінок. The thesis is dedicated to the study of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of women's economic emancipation in the EU. The thesis defines the essence and components of women's economic emancipation, examines its evolution and systematizes methodological approaches to women's economic emancipation. The dynamics of indicators of women's economic emancipation in the EU are analyzed, a comparative analysis is carried out by EU countries, and the effectiveness of stimulating instruments for women's economic emancipation in the EU is evaluated. Trends in the development of women's economic emancipation in Ukraine are identified, and key areas of Ukraine's interaction with the EU in the field of women's economic emancipation are established.
