    Обґрунтування впливу емоцій на процес вироблення управлінських рішень

    The paper examines the impact of emotions on the process of managerial decision-making in the context of modern socio-economic transformations, particularly under martial law in Ukraine. The relationship between rational and emotional components of management activity is revealed. The main approaches to understanding the role of emotions in decision-making are analyzed, as well as their influence on the speed, quality, and effectiveness of managerial actions. Special attention is paid to the importance of emotional intelligence, intuition, and psychological resilience of managers under conditions of uncertainty, stress, and risk. It is substantiated that emotions can act both as a source of managerial errors and as an important adaptive resource that enhances decision-making efficiency.
