    Розроблення системи мотивації молодих працівників

    Визначено теоретичні аспекти поняття «мотивація молодих працівників». Описано методичні підходи до розроблення системи мотивації даної категорії працівників. Здійснено аналіз організаційно-економічної діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано систему мотивації на відповідність вимогам нормативно-правових актів. Досліджено управління системою мотивації молодих працівників та виявлено недоліки цієї системи. Наведено основні напрями програми мотивування молодих працівників підприємства. Розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи мотивації молодих працівників. Здійснено оцінювання ефективності запропонованих заходів. Theoretical aspects of the concept of «motivation of young workers» are determined. Methodical approaches to the development of motivation system for this category of employees are described. The analysis of organizational and economic activity of the enterprise is carried out. The system of motivation for compliance with the requirements of legal acts is analyzed. The management of the system of motivation of young workers is studied and the shortcomings of this system are revealed. The main directions of the program of motivation of young employees of the enterprise are given. Recommendations for improving the system of motivation of young workers have been developed. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures has been carried out.
