    Об’єктом дослідженняданої роботи є розвиток світового фармацевтичного ринку в умовах посилення глобалізації. Мета роботи – визначити особливості, характер та тренди розвитку світового фармацевтичного ринку в умовах його диверсифікації. У рамках даної роботи була досліджена суть та структура світового фармацевтичного ринку; розглянута еволюція ринку; досліджені методи оцінки ефективності технологічної модернізації; а також визначені механізми і інструменти регулювання та особливості конвергенції вітчизняного і європейського ринків. Практичне значення отриманих результатівполягає в дослідженні технологічної модернізації, систематизації механізмів і інструментів регулювання, дослідженні особливості конвергенції вітчизняного і європейського ринків. The object of research of this work is the development of the world pharmaceutical market in conditions of increased globalization. The purpose of the work is to determine the peculiarities, nature and trends of the development of the world pharmaceutical market in terms of its diversification. As part of this work, the essence and structure of the world pharmaceutical market was investigated; the evolution of the market is considered; researched methods of evaluating the effectiveness of technological modernization; as well as the mechanisms and instruments of regulation and features of the convergence of domestic and European markets are determined. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the study of technological modernization, the systematization of regulatory mechanisms and tools, and the study of the peculiarities of the convergence of domestic and European markets.
