    Вплив цифровізації на розвиток та зміни процесів HR-менеджменті в Україні

    Визначено досліджено актуальні виклики та можливості, які відкриваються в контексті цифровізації для управління персоналом, зокрема враховуючи зміни в споживчій поведінці та розвитку цифрового покоління "Z". Проаналізовано вплив цифровізації на HR-бренд компаній і виявлення можливостей для підвищення його привабливості серед молодих співробітників, що також є однією з ключових задач. Досліджено вплив цифрових технологій на продуктивність та ефективність роботи персоналу, а також на виявлення можливостей для оптимізації процесів HR-менеджменту з використанням цифрових інструментів. Current challenges and opportunities that open up in the context of digitization for personnel management are identified and studied, in particular, taking into account changes in consumer behavior and the development of the digital generation "Z". The impact of digitization on the HR brand of companies and the identification of opportunities to increase its attractiveness among young employees, which is also one of the key tasks, were analyzed. The influence of digital technologies on the productivity and efficiency of personnel work, as well as on the identification of opportunities for optimizing personnel management processes using digital tools, was investigated.
