    The article examines the transformation of the role of a business organization manager in the conditions of digitalization and automation of management processes. Rapid digital transformation is fundamentally changing the landscape of managerial labor, moving beyond traditional oversight toward analytical and strategic roles. This study provides a comparative framework of 12 key parameters illustrating the shift from experience-based management to data-driven decision-making, automated monitoring, and virtual leadership. By merging classical management principles with expertise in Big Data and AI, the author proposes a new managerial model essential for maintaining organizational competitiveness in the digital age
