    У сучасних умовах соціально-економічного та демографічного розвитку регіонів актуальним питанням є вивчення сутності демографічних процесів, оскільки саме на основі оцінки демографічної ситуації приймаються управлінські рішення у сфері регулювання демографічних процесів. У нинішньому світі дедалі гостріше стає проблема народонаселення і підвищення дієвих методів дослідження демографічних процесів. Швидкий приріст населення світу за останні 100 років лише підвищило значимість даного питання. Безсумнівно, що на демографію кожної країни потрібно дивитись з ширшої точки зору – у регіональному чи глобальному масштабах. Це не легке завдання для уряду – підвищити рівень життя свого народу, який є основою будь-якої країни. In the current conditions of socio-economic and demographic development of the regions, the study of the essence of demographic processes is an urgent issue, it is on the basis of assessing the demographic situation that management decisions are made in the field of demographic processes. In today’s world, the problem of population and increasing effective methods of studying demographic processes is becoming more acute. The rapid growth of the world’s population over the past 100 years has only increased the importance of this issue. There is no doubt that the demographics of each country need to be looked at from a broader perspective – regionally or globally. It is not an easy task for the government to raise the living standards of its people, which is the foundation of any country.
