    The work explores the theoretical foundations and principles of risk management in international economic relations, emphasizing its importance for ensuring the stability and sustainability of global business. The author investigates various types of risks (economic, political, social, technological) that arise in international trade and business, as well as methods and tools for managing these risks. A particular focus is placed on the necessity of a comprehensive and adaptive model of risk management that can respond to the challenges of globalization and geopolitical instability. The paper analyzes the factors influencing the level of risk in international economic relations and examines methods of risk assessment, including financial stability analysis, political stability of countries, and operational capabilities of international partners. The author proposes a conceptual model for managing these risks, integrating various strategies and tools to enhance risk mitigation processes. Upon completing the research, the author concludes that current risk management practices need to be enhanced, especially in terms of forecasting and monitoring risks in international business. The work outlines the potential directions for improving risk management, which can be applied by national governments, international organizations, and global businesses to improve stability in international economic relations. Based on the findings, the author formulates recommendations for creating an effective risk management system to boost the resilience and security of international economic activities.
