    Дипломна робота складається з 3 розділів. У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні засади системи розвитку бренду роботодавця. З’ясовано сутність бренду роботодавця та роль розвитку для забезпечення ефективної діяльності організації. Другий розділ присвячено аналізу бренду роботодавця ТОВ АФ «ПрайсвотеохаусКуперс (Аудит)», оцінці її сильних сторін та недоліків. У третьому розділі сформовано програму «НС People activities», розраховано вартісь введення нової штатної одиниці, оновлено кар’єрний сайт, надано рекомендації з просування серед ВНЗ та у соціальних мережах для ТОВ АФ «ПрайсвотеохаусКуперс (Аудит)». The thesis consists of 3 sections. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of the employer brand development system. The essence of the employer's brand and the role of development to ensure the effective operation of the organization are clarified. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the employer brand «PricewaterhouseCoopers (Audit)» LLC, an assessment of its strengths and weaknesses. In the third section, the «HC People Activities" program was created, the cost of introducing a new staff unit was calculated, the career site was updated, and recommendations were provided for promotion among universities and in social networks of «PricewaterhouseCoopers (Audit)» LLC AF.
