    Формування соціального пакета набуває вагомого значення в контексті зростання соціальної відповідальності підприємств та змін у вимогах до умов праці. У сучасних умовах економічної нестабільності, формування ефективного соціального пакета стає ключовим елементом стратегії розвитку підприємства. Адаптація до нових реалій ринку праці та забезпечення робітників стабільними умовами стають важливими завданнями. Вивчення цієї проблематики спрямоване на вирішення актуальних завдань бізнесу та сприяє розвитку стійких та соціально відповідальних організацій. The formation of a social package becomes important in the context of the growth of social responsibility of enterprises and changes in requirements for working conditions. In today's conditions of economic instability, the formation of an effective social package becomes a key element of the company's development strategy. Adaptation to the new realities of the labor market and providing workers with stable conditions are becoming important tasks. The study of this issue is aimed at solving urgent business problems and contributes to the development of sustainable and socially responsible organizations.
