    Об’єктом дослідження є процеси інноваційного розвитку в міжнародних корпораціях. Предметом дослідження є науково-методичні та прикладні аспекти інноваційного розвитку в міжнародних корпораціях. Мета роботи - дослідження та аналіз процесу інноваційного розвитку в міжнародних корпораціях. Результати дослідження сприяють кращому розумінню факторів, які впливають на інноваційний розвиток міжнародних корпорацій, а також стратегій і політики, які можуть сприяти інноваціям в цих компаніях. У роботі здійснено комплексний аналіз сучасного стану та тенденцій інноваційного розвитку міжнародних корпорацій, приділено увагу корпоративним моделям та зарубіжному досвіду нормативно-правового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку компаній, і розглянуті проблеми та шляхи підвищення інноваційного потенціалу українських компаній. The object of research is the processes of innovative development in international corporations. The subject of the study is the scientific-methodical and applied aspects of innovative development in international corporations. The purpose of the work is research and analysis of the process of innovative development in international corporations. The results of the study contribute to a better understanding of the factors that influence the innovative development of international corporations, as well as the strategies and policies that can promote innovation in these companies. The work includes a comprehensive analysis of the current state and trends of innovative development of international corporations, attention is paid to corporate models and foreign experience of regulatory and legal support for innovative development of companies, and the identified problems and ways to increase the innovative potential of Ukrainian companies.
