Case study countries are analyzed to identify common patterns, trends, and best practices, enriching the methodology's robustness. Results and discussion: The methodology provides valuable insights into maintaining economic security in digitalized investment environments, emphasizing factors such as legal and regulatory frameworks, technological infrastructure, data security, and investor protection. The analysis facilitates a nuanced understanding of economic security dynamics in digital transformation. Implications of the research: This research has significant implications for policymakers, researchers, and industry practitioners by offering a comprehensive tool to navigate the complexities of economic security in the digital era. Objetivo: O presente artigo tem por objetivo apresentar uma metodologia de avaliação da segurança econômica no âmbito de processos de investimento digitalizados, abordando as exigências do panorama financeiro em evolução no que diz respeito a abordagens de avaliação inovadoras. Métodos: A metodologia desenvolvida integra componentes-chave, indicadores e técnicas de medição para oferecer uma avaliação holística da segurança econômica. Os países em estudo de caso são analisados para identificar padrões comuns, tendências e melhores práticas, enriquecendo a robustez da metodologia. Resultados e discussão: a metodologia fornece informações valiosas sobre a manutenção da segurança econômica em ambientes de investimento digitalizados, enfatizando fatores como estruturas legais e regulamentares, infraestrutura tecnológica, segurança de dados e proteção do investidor. A análise facilita uma compreensão diferenciada da dinâmica da segurança econômica na transformação digital.     The research of the information and high-tech progress development in the sociohumanitarian aspect allowed us to reveal its consequences in the context of natural and civilizational challenges and areas of financing education. The risks management and general trends were clarified of innovative education development at the institutions in the era of information-high-tech progress and natural-civilizational changes, which have created fundamentally new opportunities for justifying educational strategies and should be based on the categories of pedagogy of the noosphere-space direction. Therefore, it is necessary to build new pedagogical theories on the synthesis of philosophicaleducational, philosophical-anthropological, polyparadigmal, civilizational-formational and cultural approaches. According to this principle, lifelong learning becomes important in order to meet the challenges of modern progress and counteract destructive natural and civilizational changes. La investigación de la información y el desarrollo del progreso de alta tecnología en el aspecto socio-humanitario nos permitió revelar sus consecuencias en el contexto de los desafíos naturales y civilizacionales y las áreas de financiamiento de la educación. La gestión de riesgos y las tendencias generales se aclararon del desarrollo educativo innovador en las instituciones en la era del progreso de la alta tecnología de la información y los cambios naturales y civilizacionales, que han creado oportunidades fundamentalmente nuevas para justificar las estrategias educativas y deberían basarse en las categorías de la pedagogía. de la dirección del espacio noosférico. A gestão de riscos e as tendências gerais foram esclarecidas quanto ao desenvolvimento inovador da educação nas instituições na era do progresso da informação em alta tecnologia e mudanças civilizacionais naturais, que criaram fundamentalmente novas oportunidades para justificar estratégias educacionais e devem basear-se nas categorias de pedagogia da direção noosfera-espaço. Portanto, é necessário construir novas teorias pedagógicas sobre a síntese das abordagens filosófico-educacionais, filosóficas-antropológicas, poliparadigmais, civilizacionais-formacionais e culturais.     Ефективність операційного менеджменту будівельного підприємства в умовах державно-приватного партнерства

    В даній статті досліджується операційний менеджмент будівельних підприємств в умовах ДПП. Описуються теоретичні засади операційного менеджменту, основні завдання, методи та інструменти, а також особливості операційного менеджменту в рамках ДПП будівельних підприємств. До основних завдань ОМ належать: своєчасне та рентабельне виконання проектів, мінімізація ризиків, оптимізація використання ресурсів, забезпечення якості будівельних робіт та задоволення потреб замовників. Автори описують методи оцінки ефективності, механізми координації та контролю. управління будівельними проектами в рамках ДПП. В роботі запропонована система оцінки ефективності діяльності будівельних підприємств з точки зору ДПП. Наголошується на важливості управління ризиками в ДПП-проектах. Сформована модель впливу оцінки ризиків на прийняття управлінських рішень в ДПП. Запропоновано комбінований підхід до оцінки ризиків, який поєднує в собі елементи аналізу чутливості, імітаційного моделювання та експертної оцінки. Наведені рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи операційного менеджменту та покращення управління ризиками ДПП. This article explores the operational management of construction enterprises within the framework of public-private partnerships (PPP). It describes the theoretical foundations of operational management, main tasks, methods and tools, as well as the specific features of operational management in PPP construction enterprises. The main tasks of operational management include timely and costeffective project execution, risk minimization, resource optimization, ensuring construction quality, and meeting customer needs. The authors discuss methods of performance evaluation, coordination, and control mechanisms in managing construction projects under PPP. The article proposes a performance evaluation system for construction enterprises from the perspective of PPP. Emphasis is placed on the importance of risk management in PPP projects. A model of the impact of risk assessment on management decisionmaking in PPP is formulated. A combined approach to risk assessment is proposed, integrating elements of sensitivity analysis, simulation modeling, and expert evaluation. Recommendations for improving the operational management system and enhancing risk management in PPP are provided.
