    Структура капіталу підприємств та проблематика її оптимізації

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу формування та подальшої оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства на основі оцінки фінансового стану та ефективності використання ресурсів. У роботі розкрито теоретичні засади формування капіталу, його класифікацію та структуру. В емпіричній частині роботи проведено комплексний аналіз структури власного та позикового капіталу ТОВ НВГ «Техновін» з використанням фінансових коефіцієнтів. Розроблено інструменти оптимізації, здійснено моделювання управлінських рішень із метою підвищення фінансової стійкості та прибутковості підприємства. The qualification thesis is devoted to the study of the process of forming and further optimizing the capital structure of an enterprise based on the assessment of its financial condition and the efficiency of resource utilization. Thesis outlines the theoretical foundations of capital formation, including its classification and structural composition. The empirical part presents a comprehensive analysis of the structure of equity and debt capital of LLC NVC «Tekhnovin» using financial ratios. Optimization tools have been developed, and managerial decision modeling has been conducted with the aim of enhancing the enterprise’s financial stability and profitability.
