У роботі досліджено зміст та особливості реалізації державної політики цифрового розвитку на місцевому рівні; проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу державної політики цифрового розвитку; досліджено світовий досвід реалізації державної політики цифрового розвитку на місцевому рівні; здійснено аналіз практики реалізації державної політики цифрового розвитку на місцевому рівні в Україні (на прикладі Кіровоградської області); обґрунтовано заходи для удосконалення механізмів реалізації державної політики цифрового розвитку в Україні та місцевому рівні. The purpose of the study is to substantiate measures for improving the mechanisms of implementation of the state policy of digital development in Ukraine and at the local level. The content and features of the implementation of the state policy of digital development at the local level are explored in the work; the legal framework of the state policy of digital development was analyzed; the global experience of implementing the state policy of digital development at the local level was studied; an analysis of the practice of implementation of the state policy of digital development at the local level in Ukraine (on the example of the Kirovohrad region); the measures to improve the mechanisms of implementation of the state policy of digital development in Ukraine and at the local level are substantiated.
