    Служба персоналу – незамінний інструмент, за допомогою якого компанія може ефективно функціонувати та розвиватися, оскільки саме персонал – рушійна сила будь-якого прогресу підприємства. Робота служби персоналу напряму впливає на прибуток компанії, тому саме в інтересах роботодавця набрати сильну команду HR-фахівців та побудувати їх роботу максимально ефективну з користю для бізнесу. В інакшому випадку компанія отримує ще один додатковий ризик (а їх і так чимало у кожного бізнесу) у вигляді незадоволених працівників і ,як результат, плинність кадрів. Необхідність менеджерів з персоналу – це вже давно не «примха» роботодавця, а необхідний пункт для розвитку компанії. Personnel service is an indispensable tool with which a company can function effectively and develop, because it is the personnel who are the driving force of any progress of the enterprise. The work of the personnel service directly affects the company's profit, therefore it is in the interests of the employer to recruit a strong team of HR specialists and build their work as efficiently as possible for the benefit of the business. Otherwise, the company receives another additional risk (and there are already many of them in every business) in the form of dissatisfied employees and, as a result, staff turnover. The need for personnel managers has long been no longer a "fidget" of the employer, but a necessary point for the company's development.
