    Залучення ресурсів на ринках капіталів ЄС

    Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота досліджує сутність ринку капіталів та можливості щодо залучення капіталів на даному ринку. У роботі досліджується можливість українського підприємства вийти на ринок капіталів ЄС, розглядаються основні інструменти виходу на ринок капіталів ЄС, а також переваги та недоліки кожного інструменти. На підставі вивчення ринку капіталів ЄС та особливостей досліджуваного українського підприємства, автор обирає ті методи залучення капіталу, які забезпечать досягнення цілей підприємства з найменшими витратами коштів та часу. The qualifying bachelor's thesis examines the essence of the capital market and the possibilities of attracting capital in this market. The paper examines the possibility of a Ukrainian enterprise entering the EU capital market, considers the main instruments for entering the EU capital market, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each instrument. Based on the study of the EU capital market and the peculiarities of the studied Ukrainian enterprise, the author chooses those methods of attracting capital that will ensure the achievement of the enterprise's goals with the least expenditure of money and time.
