    Предметом дослідження є розвиток фінансового менеджменту підприємства. Мета дипломної роботи: удосконалити організацію фінансового менеджменту ТОВ «Спейс Медіа». З мети дипломної роботи випливає ряд завдань: 1. Вивчити теоретичну розробку проблеми організації фінансового менеджменту; 2. Проаналізувати досвід використання організації фінансового менеджменту в управлінні установою; 3. Розробити комплекс заходів, спрямованих на вдосконалення організації фінансового управління досліджуваним об’єктом. The subject of research is: the development of financial management of the enterprise. The purpose of the thesis: to improve the organization of financial management of «SPACE MEDIA». From the purpose of the thesis follows a number of tasks: 1. To study the theoretical development of the problem of organization of financial management; 2. Analyze the experience of using the organization of financial management in the management of the institution; 3. Develop a set of measures aimed at improving the organization of financial management of the studied object.
