    Improvements of the project management system at the enterprise (on the basis of «Luxoft-Ukraine» LLC)

    In the masterʼs thesis the the investigation of the theoretical background regarding existing management systems in terms of efficiency of its components as responsibility centers and figure out best practices regarding their interaction were done. The analysis of the existing management system of the company comparing it with existing theoretical consepts was provided. The assessment of the specificity and effectiveness of Luxoft DXC Technology Company management system models application on the national market was done. It was develop and substantiate suggestions regarding improvement of the companyʼs project management system. The alternative directions of improvement of the LLC «Luxoft-Ukraine» project management system were developed and justified.
