    ESG-рейтинг компаній у прийнятті фінансово-інвестиційних рішень

    Кваліфікаційна магістерська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню значення ESG-рейтингу компаній у прийнятті фінансово-інвестиційних рішень. Систематизовано фактори, що формують ESG діяльність компанії. Узагальнено існуючі методології визначення ESG-рейтингу компанії. Проведено оцінку зв’язку між ESG-рейтингом компаній Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Volvo Car AB, Volkswagen AG та Ferrari NV та їх фінансово-інвестиційними рішеннями. Визначено напрямки подальшого розвитку України для поширення ESG практик. The master’s thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the importance of ESG rating of companies in making financial and investment decisions. The factors that shape the company’s ESG activities are systematized. The existing methodologies for determining the ESG rating of a company are generalized. The relationship between the ESG rating of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Volvo Car AB, Volkswagen AG and Ferrari NV and their financial and investment decisions is assessed. The directions of further development of Ukraine for the dissemination of ESG practices are identified.

    Інвестиційна привабливість регіонів України

    Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню інвестиційної привабливості регіонів. Узагальнено існуючі підходи до трактування інвестиційної привабливості регіонів; систематизовано фактори, що формують інвестиційну привабливість регіонів та методології її визначення; проведено оцінку інвестиційної привабливості Миколаївської області (огляд ресурсно-інфраструктурної забезпеченості, економічних, політичних, соціальних і технологічних чинників, а також розрахунок інтегрального показника інвестиційної привабливості); визначено перспективні напрямки подальшого розвитку регіону; сформовано пропозиції щодо покращення його інвестиційної привабливості. The bachelor`s thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the investment attractiveness of the regions. The existing approaches to the interpretation of the investment attractiveness of regions are summarized; the factors shaping the investment attractiveness of regions and the methodology for its determination are systematized; an assessment of the investment attractiveness of the Mykolaiv region was carried out (review of resource and infrastructural security, economic, political, social and technological factors, as well as calculation of the integral index of investment attractiveness); promising directions for the further development of the region are determined; suggestions for improving its investment attractiveness have been formulated.
