    Механізм управління системою економічної безпеки підприємства

    У статті розглянуто феномен економічної безпеки підприємства. Розкрито зміст категорії «економічна безпека». Узагальнено погляди науковців щодо її розуміння та систематизовано різні термінологічні інтерпретації. Реконструйовано поняття економічної безпеки в різних теоретичних підходах щодо розуміння видових і типологічних особливостей економічної безпеки. Виявлено сутнісні ознаки економічної безпеки та її змістовні, структурно-функціональні й типологічні характеристики. Здійснено гносеологічну рефлексію існуючих концепцій і теоретичних підходів до управління системою економічної безпеки сучасного підприємства. Встановлено, що поєднання зазначених підходів може виявитись ефективним чинником управління системою економічної безпеки сучасного підприємства. Метою статті є розробка рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення механізму управління системою економічної безпеки підприємства для підвищення рівня його конкурентоспроможності в умовах нестабільності. Матеріали статті носять науково-методичний характер. Надійний механізм управління економічною безпекою підприємства можливий лише за умови використання системного підходу, який надає можливість оцінити перспективи розвитку та конкурентоспроможності підприємства, розробити тактику і стратегію зменшення ризиків і небезпек, усунення загроз та негативних впливів. The article deals with the phenomenon of economic security of the enterprise. The content of the category “economic security” has been disclosed. The views of various scholars about its understanding has been generalized and various theoretical interpretations has been systematized. The concept of economic security has been reconstructed in various theoretical approaches to understanding the specific and typological features of economic security. The essential features of economic security and its substantive, structural-functional and typological characteristics has been revealed. An epistemological reflection of the existing concepts and theoretical approaches to management of system of economic security of the modern enterprise has been carried out. It has been established that the combination of these approaches can be an effective factor in managing the economic security system of a modern enterprise. The mechanism of management of the economic security of the enterprise must ensure the timely detection of various hazards, forecasting their consequences, determining methods of collecting and providing information to the management center, which decides on further actions of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for improving the management of the economic security of the enterprise to increase its competitiveness in conditions of instability. A reliable mechanism for managing the economic security of the enterprise is possible only if you use a systematic approach that allows you to assess the prospects of development and competitiveness of the enterprise, develop tactics and strategies to reduce risks and dangers, eliminate threats and negative impacts.
