The study examines the specific features of managerial decision-making aimed at ensuring the resilience of business organizations under wartime conditions. Key factors influencing the decision-making process are identified, as well as the particularities of interaction between business organizations and public sector institutions. The significance of the interaction of business structures with state institutions during the war has been determined.
