    Механізми державного регулювання розвитку інститутів спільного інвестування

    У роботі було розглянуто економічну сутність та функціонування інститутів спільного інвестування і визначено взаємодію держави з інвестиційними фондами; систематизовано нормативно-правову базу з питань державного регулювання діяльності інститутів спільного інвестування; здійснено аналіз практики та визначено ключові недоліки діяльності інститутів спільного інвестування в Україні; досліджено світовий досвід регулювання діяльності інститутів спільного інвестування; дано рекомендації щодо удосконалення стратегій розвитку ІСІ та нормативно-правової бази державного регулювання ІСІ. The work considered the economic essence and functioning of joint investment institutions and determined the interaction of the state with investment funds; systematized the normative legal framework on issues of state regulation of the activities of joint investment institutes; the analysis of practice was carried out and the key shortcomings of the activity of joint investment institutes in Ukraine were identified; the global experience of regulating the activities of joint investment institutes was studied; recommendations are given for improving the strategies for the development of CII and the normative and legal framework of the state regulation of CII.
