    Гендерні асиметрії в економіці ЄС

    У статті досліджуються теоретичні засади та прояви гендерних асиметрій в економіці з акцентом на Європейський Союз. Розглядаються динаміка та міжкраїнові особливості гендерних диспропорцій у сфері зайнятості, заробітної плати, доступу до керівних посад та підприємництва. Автор аналізує механізми та інструменти політики ЄС, спрямовані на подолання гендерної нерівності, а також оцінює їхню ефективність. Значна частина дослідження присвячена вивченню гендерних асиметрій в економіці України з акцентом на інтеграцію країни до ЄС. Автор окреслює основні бар’єри на шляху до гендерної рівності в Україні та оцінює можливості узгодження національних практик із європейськими стандартами. The paper explores the theoretical foundations and manifestations of gender asymmetries in the economy, focusing on the European Union. It examines the dynamics and cross-country specifics of gender disparities in employment, wages, access to leadership positions, and entrepreneurship. The author analyzes EU mechanisms and policy instruments aimed at addressing gender inequality and their effectiveness. A significant section of the research is devoted to the study of gender asymmetries in the Ukrainian economy, with an emphasis on the country’s integration into the EU. The author identifies major barriers to gender equality in Ukraine and evaluates opportunities for aligning national practices with European standards.
